Our Commitment

We see the site's accessibility as part of the service itself, and we work so that every person - including people with disabilities - can browse the site, view the artwork, and complete a purchase independently, comfortably, and equally.

The site was built with the aim of meeting Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA conformance, based on the international WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines, and in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

What Has Been Made Accessible on the Site

Among the adjustments made:

• Proper semantic structure with a clear heading hierarchy, enabling efficient navigation with a screen reader
• Defined language and writing direction on every page of the site
• Alt text for artwork images and content images
• Full keyboard navigation, including in the menu, the shopping cart, and forms
• Visible keyboard focus indication on links, buttons, and form fields
• Labels linked to every form field, and error messages conveyed in words, not only by color
• Enhanced color contrast in body text, links, and buttons
• A layout adapted for small screens and support for enlarging text in the browser without losing content
• Respecting the user's preference to reduce motion (prefers-reduced-motion)

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. We continue to improve them on an ongoing basis:

• The workshop scheduling calendar is a complex interactive component, and using it with a screen reader may be less comfortable. You can always schedule a time by phone or WhatsApp instead.
• Some content embedded from external sources - for example videos and social media components - is not under our control, and its level of accessibility depends on the provider.
• The secure payment page is operated by the payment processor, and its accessibility is its responsibility.

If you encounter any difficulty using the site, you're welcome to contact us directly and we'll be happy to complete the process together with you - choosing a piece, providing order details, making a purchase, or getting any other information.

How to Report an Accessibility Issue

If you found a component on the site that isn't accessible, we'd love to hear about it. A detailed report helps us fix it faster.

In your message, please state the page address, a brief description of the issue, and which browser and assistive technology you were using (if relevant). We will get in touch and address the matter as soon as possible.
