Privacy Policy
This document explains what information is collected on the site, for what purpose, who it's shared with, and how long it's kept - in plain language.

You are not legally required to provide us with any details, and you can browse the site, view the artwork, and read its content without providing any identifying information.
That said, without the details marked as required fields in the order form, we cannot complete a purchase, charge payment, or ship the artwork to you.
When placing an order, the details you enter into the site's form are collected:
Your credit card details are not collected or stored by us at any stage. They are entered directly into the secure environment of the licensed payment processor, and we only receive confirmation that payment was made.
We do not collect sensitive information as defined by law - we do not request an ID number, medical information, biometric data, or information about opinions and beliefs.
To complete an order we rely on external service providers. Each of them receives only the information necessary to perform its role:
Some of the service providers listed above operate servers outside Israel. This means your order details may be stored and processed in another country.
The transfer is made solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order you requested, to the minimum extent necessary, and to recognized commercial providers bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
The details are used solely to contact you, deliver the order, issue an accounting document, provide customer service, and handle cancellations and returns.
The information is not sold, rented, or transferred to a third party for marketing purposes. We do not maintain a mailing list and do not send promotional mailings.
If you contact us on your own initiative through the contact form or WhatsApp, we will use the details you provided solely to respond to your inquiry.
Order details and accounting documents are kept for as long as the law requires us to retain them for tax and reporting purposes, and no less than the period set by law.
Inquiries that did not turn into an order are kept for up to a year from the date of the inquiry, and are then deleted.
Details saved in your browser remain there until you delete them yourself, and are not automatically transferred to us.
The site does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising pixels, and does not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. We do not build a profile of you and do not track you across sites.
The only use of local storage (localStorage) in your browser is to save your shopping cart, currency selection, and the details you entered into a form - so you don't have to type them again. This information is stored on your device only.
The site loads fonts from the Google Fonts service. To load the font, your browser contacts Google's servers and transmits your IP address and technical browser details to them. This is a technical transfer only and is not used by us for identification or tracking.
The hosting company keeps technical server logs, including IP addresses, for security and proper operation of the site.
The site operates over a secure protocol (HTTPS), and all information submitted is encrypted in transit.
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information, but no system is entirely immune. We cannot guarantee absolutely that the information will be immune to unauthorized access, and we are not liable for damage resulting from such access, subject to the provisions of the law.
The site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about minors under 18 without parental or guardian consent.
If you become aware that a minor provided us with details without such consent, please contact us and we will delete the information.
Under the Privacy Protection Law, you are entitled to review the information we hold about you, request that it be corrected if it is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, and request that it be deleted.
To do so, you may contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the details at the top of this page. We will respond to every request within the time set by law.
Please note that we cannot delete information we are required to retain under tax law - for example, details appearing on an issued receipt.
You can also delete, at any time, the information stored in your own browser, through your browser settings or by clearing the cart on the site.
We may update this policy from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the site, and the date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
