Cancelling a Purchase - Fine Art Prints

A purchase on the site is a distance sale transaction under the Consumer Protection Law. You may cancel a fine art print purchase from the time the transaction is made until 14 days from the date you actually receive the product, whichever is later.

Cancellation is subject to returning the product in good condition, unused, and in its original packaging. A print that has been damaged, hung, framed, or used after receipt cannot be returned.

The fact that the print is manufactured by a print shop after the order is placed does not diminish this right of cancellation. We grant a full right of cancellation on every fine art print in the catalog.

How to Cancel

A cancellation notice may be given in any of the following ways, using the details at the top of this page, and no reason needs to be given:

• By WhatsApp message
• By phone call
• By written notice to the business address

What to Include in the Cancellation Notice

So we can process the cancellation quickly, please state your full name, phone number, order number (or purchase date), and the item being cancelled. If the cancellation is due to a defect, please attach photos.

We will confirm receipt of the cancellation notice, and immediately afterward arrange the return of the item with you.

Cancellation Fees

For a cancellation not resulting from a defect or a mismatch, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.

If the transaction was cancelled due to a product defect, a mismatch between the product and what was ordered, or a failure to deliver by the date given to you, no cancellation fee will be charged at all, and you will receive a full refund including any shipping fees paid.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the return results from a defect or our error - in which case it is at our expense.

Refunds

A refund will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, less any applicable cancellation fee.

If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed through the credit card company and may appear on your next billing cycle depending on the company's billing dates. If payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account from which the transfer was made.

If the product has already been shipped to you, the refund is conditional on its return to us and an inspection of its condition.

An Item That Arrived Damaged

If the artwork arrived damaged, broken, or does not match what was ordered, please photograph the item and its packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

In such a case we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, at your choice, with no cancellation fee and no shipping cost to you whatsoever.

Reasonable differences in hue, brightness, or saturation between the on-screen display and the actual print are not considered a defect, as detailed in the site's Terms of Service.

Original Artwork and Personal Commissions

Work commissioned specifically for the customer - for example a commissioned portrait or a piece customized to your request - is a product made specially for the consumer according to their personal measurements or requirements, and is therefore not subject to the standard right of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing.

An existing original artwork, purchased as-is from the catalog and not specially customized for you, is subject to a 14-day right of cancellation from receipt, conditional on its return in good condition and in its original packaging. Due to their value and sensitivity, original artworks may only be returned in their original packaging and by prior arrangement with us.

In any case - if a damaged artwork was received, or one that does not match what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will address it in full.

Art Workshops

Registering for a workshop is a transaction for the purchase of a service. It may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction, provided the cancellation is made at least two days - not including rest days - before the workshop's start date.

In such a cancellation, a refund will be given less a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.

A cancellation made less than two days before the workshop date, or a no-show without prior notice, does not entitle you to a refund - since the spot was reserved for you and could not be filled.

In an ongoing workshop (monthly subscription or a series of sessions), stopping partway through entitles you to a proportional refund for sessions not yet held, subject to advance notice.

If we cancel or postpone a workshop, we will offer an alternative date, and if it doesn't suit you, a full refund will be given with no deduction.

Extended Right of Cancellation

A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65 or older), or a new immigrant may cancel a transaction within four months of the date of the transaction, the date the product was received, or the date the transaction details document was received - whichever is later - provided that entering into the transaction included a conversation between the parties, including by electronic means of communication.

We may request proof of eligibility. The other terms of cancellation, including cancellation fees and the return of the product, also apply to a cancellation under this section.

Products That Cannot Be Cancelled

In accordance with the law, the right of cancellation does not apply to work created specially for the consumer according to their personal measurements or requirements, as detailed above.

Beyond that, there are no other products on the site to which an exception to the right of cancellation applies. We do not sell downloadable digital products, perishable goods, or time-limited vouchers.
